CLASS REFUND POLICY:

If you are unable to attend your class/ workshop a cancellation notice made via email must be submitted 7 days prior to your scheduled event. 

After which time a cancellation for credit or refund will not be accepted. These are live action events, and guest assumes the risk when purchasing their ticket.

Guests who no call/ no show for classes will forgo the right to any refund.

PRIVATE PARTY REFUND POLICY:

Private party reservations may be canceled up to 14 days prior to the event for a partial refund or credit.  Deposits and event rental reservations are 100% non-reefundable.
