Fundraisers

Host a party and give back to your favorite non-profit organization.

Fundraising Events

At Corks ‘n Crafts we love to craft for a cause! We believe in sparking creativity while supporting non-profit organizations. Corks ‘n Crafts will give back 20% of all profits from projects sold during your event. Our Event Coordinator will create a custom event link for you to share with your guests. Fundraising events can be in person or virtual. For inspiration, check out our project gallery.

Looking for custom project options? Ask your event coordinator about projects that can be personalized for your group.

Get Creative with Your Fundraising!

Let’s get creative and put the FUN back in fundraising! Whether your event will be family friendly, or adult oriented, Corks ‘N Crafts can put together a dynamic night to engage your audience, attract new supporters, and of course raise funds. Every group is unique, that’s why we work with your organization to figure out the project, price point, and experience that best speaks to your audience. Whether its branded theme crafts, or seasonal fun, we work along side you and your group to make sure the event speaks to the nature of your cause.

Take Over Our studio!

From branded materials to silent auctions, we allow you to completely take over (within reason) our studio for the duration of your event. Just let us know how we can help.

Let us come to you!

For larger audiences, or a “pop-up” style fundraising experience, let the Corks ‘n Crafts team come to you! We simply pull up at your sporting event, after school festival, or venue and offer a variety or “make & take” or “take home” crafting kits. It’s a great way to offer something fun & unique, while raising money.

F.A.Q.

How many people are required for fundraising events?
We require a 25 person minimum commitment to organize a fundraiser. Or studio maximum at any given time is 70, and our offsite attendee max is endless!
How are ticket sales handled?
Tickets are typically sold on our website for the in-studio fundraisers. We create and share the ticketing link with you to circulate to your supporters. Once the ticket sales are finalized, food and beverage sales come in, etc, we cut you a check for the total amount.
What is the difference between in studio takeovers & offsite popups?
In studio takeovers are capped at 70 participants. In studio events are run similarly to our classes, except your organization is the star of the show! We guide guests through the experience beginning to end, and they leave with a completed masterpiece.

Off site events are facilitated as more of a “make & take” where guests create a small craft project in 10 minutes or less, or as a “take home kit” where guests simply purchase a crafting kit to take home and enjoy. If you have the space we can also setup a class experience in your gymnasium, auditorium or event space and lead your group through a crafting class in your space. We bring all the supplies, tools, and materials to create the projects.
