Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between “drop in crafting” and a class?
Drop in Crafting is done at your own pace, at a start and finish time set by you! Crafters can simply make a reservation and come in and choose their project. Our drop in projects change monthly and there is typically 30-50 different projects to choose from. The majority of our drop in projects are painted wood projects that are easy to self navigate, although our studio assistants are on hand to help! (resin, macrame, and candle making are not offered during drop in hours)

Classes are instructor led. Crafters may register online for their class at which time they will be told the start and finish time as well as exactly which project they will be creating. Our instructors will walk the class step by step through the crafting process. Classes typically involve more intricate art processes.

Do I need a reservation, & can I sit with my friends?
You will need a reservation to participate in our classes. While we can potentially accommodate a walk-in, that is not guaranteed as our class sizes are limited and tend to sell out. For “drop in crafting” we also recommend that you make a reservation. This allows our staff to prepare adequately for your visit. Walk ins can be accommodated when space permits.
Can I bring f&b?
We do not allow any outside food or beverages into our studio. Alcoholic beverages may not be brought in under any circumstances. The good thing is you wont have to bring anything because we’ve got you covered! Our bar serves a variety of craft beers, artisanal wines, and non alcoholic beverages. Our kitchen menu includes shareables appetizers like pizza and charcuterie.
How can I book a large group?

For groups of more than 8 people please contact our events coordinator at events@corksncrafts.com . We can accommodate any group size both on and off site. Our private party room seats 20 crafters, our main room seats 50, and both rooms can be combined to host 70 crafters. Our offsite mobile division can handle crafting groups of any size.

What is the cancellation policy?
Class cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the start of your class. Any cancellations made in under 24 hours will result in a studio credit for use at another time. No shows will forego any right to a refund or credit.

Private party cancellations must be made 14 days in advance of your event. Cancelations made in less notice will result in a studio credit good for 1 year. Your final party headcount must be submitted within 3 days of your event.

Age restrictions?
We don’t have any!! Our studio is open to all ages. Classes are typically most popular with adults, and drop ins are our super family friendly offerings.
