Build Your Own Charcuterie Board

Join us for a “delicious” evening of creating! Participants will be lead through the experience of creating their own charcuterie board. Learn the in’s and out’s, do’s and don’ts. Learn how to balance, pick products, and plate beautifully. Charcuterie classes always feature seasonal and holiday related items when appropriate.(Think lots of green for St Pattys!) Plus+ we will be demonstrating some fun cheese tools. Participants will be creating their charcuterie on a 13″ plastic wood grain charger plate.
