Our Corks ‘n Crafts Studios are perfect for crafters of all ages for any occassion. From corporate events, bridal showers and birthday parties – there is a project for everyone when you host your next party with us.

HOW PRIVATE PARTIES WORK

Step 1 – Pick Your Date

We host parties in our studio 7 days a week. Your group will have access to the studio for 2.5-3 hours. With our private party room or full studio access, we can host groups as small as 10 up to 75!

Step 2 – Pick Your Project

Corks ‘n Crafts offers projects for every skill level and almost every age. We recommend everyone in the group do a similar project so our instructors can lead everyone step-by-step. Browse our gallery of projects. Ask about custom and personalized projects, too!

Step 3 – Pick Your menu

We are the on-site caterer for in studio parties. Our catering menu features fresh made pizzas, pretzel bites, charcuterie boards, chips & salsa and more. Our beverages include non-alcoholic drinks like lemonade and soft drinks. Our bar selection features locally brewed craft beers and artisanal wines.

Step 4 – Have Fun Crafting

The craft instructors take care of walking everyone through craft creation. Our Event Coordinator can assist in party decoratings, setting out & cutting your cake and our team handles the clean up so you can enjoy your party. Contact us today to book your next party at Corks ‘n Crafts

Corks ‘n Crafts is the food and alcoholic beverage caterer for in-studio events. We offer a private party room for up to 20 guests or rent the entire studio for up to 75 guests. For groups of less than 10 we recommend booking a drop-in reservation during walk-in crafting hours.

Private Party FAQ's & Policies

How many people can the studio accommodate?
Our party room can host up to 20 attendees, while our entire studio can host up to 75.

Do we have to pay a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve all private party dates. Our studio books up quickly and we offer drop-in hours to the public. A 50% of your estimated total is due at the time of booking. Your invoice total is due at the end of your party. We will charge the card on file unless other arrangements are made with your party coordinator. Cancellations made 7 days or less are subject to 100% of the estimated party total.  

What if I have a small group?
If you're going to have 10 guests or less, a drop-in reservation might be a good option for your group. Our workshop tables fit 8 crafters and no deposit is required. Please note, if you have more than 8 guests with your drop-in reservation you may end up at separate tables or subject to longer wait times based on studio availability.

Do we have to pick our project ahead of time?
Your project selections will depend on the package and/or type of your event. If your guests will be purchasing their own projects they can pick from any of our ready to make projects in our studio. Pre-purchased packages will require either certain project levels or specific projects for the entire group.

Do we get to take our projects home the same day?
Most of our projects can be taken home the same day. However, some projects may require additional drying time so they can be picked up usually within 24 hours. Please discuss your project options with the Event Coordinator.

Can we bring in a cake or other food?
We love cake! We are more than happy to allow your birthday or special occasion cake, cupcakes or dessert. The cake must be provided by a licensed bakery or store. Please remember we don’t allow any other outside food without prior consent and we do not allow any outside alcohol at any time.

Are we allowed to bring decorations?
Absolutely! We love balloons, too. We do not allow anything to be nailed, pinned or taped to the walls, however. 

Are there crafts for younger kids?
We have projects available for all skill levels and ages. Let the Event Coordinator know if you have any special requests or have guests that require a different project type.
